Returns & Exchanges

At Nola Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new jewelry or accessories aren't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Nola Amsterdam packaging and ensure all tags are still attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
